Returns

At Lunavitae, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we gladly accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in new and unused condition.

  • You must initiate the return within 14 days of receiving the product.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are either defective or if you wish to exchange for a different size or variation. The same conditions for returns apply to exchanges.

How to Return an Item

  • Return Method: All returns must be sent by mail. The returns cost is paid by the buyer.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • You will receive the refund to your original method of payment.

  • All sale items are non refundable and can only be exchanged.
